What is your Return Policy?
GIANT University City is closing its doors forever!
after 27 years serving the wonderful people of
Charlotte and the surrounding communities, we have decided to retire and close the store.
We will start a RETIREMENT – STORE CLOSING SALE at once to sell out our
entire inventory including Giant, LIV & Momentum bikes, e-bikes, gear, apparel, and
accessories for the entire family. Every price will be cut for this gigantic storewide event
– Even the store fixtures and equipment are for sale!
This will be the largest sale in the history of the store... and the last!
ALL SALES FROM HERE UNTIL CLOSE WILL BE FINAL- NO RETURNS ACCEPTED- NO EXCEPTIONS
Warranty work can be completed by any Authorized Giant Dealer if something is needed after store close
Warranty information
Bicycles:
If you need assistance regarding you bicycle's warranty, please take your bicycle to your local Authorized Giant retailer.
Gear:
Giant warranties all Giant-branded Gear against defects in materials and manufacturing for at least one year from the date of purchase. Giant Gear with longer warranty periods are as follows: Giant WheelSystems and Contact Switch Seatposts have a two year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and manufacturing. Giant trainers have a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and manufacturing for as long as the original purchaser owns one.
Prices and Information
Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us. In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes. Most orders will be ready within three to five business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
